Resilience Through Movement, grew out of years of working with clients and helping them with physical issues through stretching and mobility exercises. It is a 6 day guide that includesover 60 movements with detailed instructions for doing each movement and also explains when a movement is not recommended as well as modifications for those with limitations. It is my intention that this book provide a gentle, realistic approach to caring for yourself and moving well after 50 in order to age with Resilience. The book is a large-print 8x10 paperback with real life images for each movement.
