BOOK: Resilience Through Movement
My intention in creating this book was that it be used as a gentle guide for people who want to move better and care for their bodies as they age. It focuses on gentle stretching and movements that help with body/mind awareness — and includes modifications for common limitations.
I’ve also created simple, printable movement guides that focus on specific areas of the body and common concerns after 50. They’re designed to be easy to use at home and to support gentle movement.
